www.shrinkpictures.com is a new website that offers users online image manipulation tools. The primary tool is to reduce the size of images. Not everyone is able to edit pictures and images, and the tools provided make it simple for anyone to select the maximum size they want their image to be. Simply upload the image, the website then converts the image according to the selected options where you can then save it back to your computer.
The site also provides a Black/White and a Sepia Image filter. This allows you to create a Black and White or Sepia image from your original picture.
